We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. "Amazing! Literally amazing all around! The hotel is new and modern. Very upscale and well designed. Great location. Not really on a white sandy beach, but the swimming area is great. Room was very large and well designed. Huge bathroom with spacious shower and a tub. Included breakfast was amazing - one of the best we ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful and well trained. Everyone had a smile and super accommodating. Minor issue was addressed quickly and with class. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at and definitely the best hotel on Crete. Management at the hotel is doing a great job! We cannot be happier! Thank you!"
