"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. "Excellent Location, Wonderful Staff & Impeccable Service An excellent hotel in a fantastic location, just a 4-minute walk from Shinjuku Station’s South Exit, with easy access to trains, shopping, restaurants, and everything Tokyo has to offer. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really makes this hotel stand out is the wonderful staff. They are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, with assistance available 24/7. They were especially accommodating in helping us arrange luggage forwarding, making our travels around Japan so much easier. A very pleasant and convenient stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!"

The other disappointment was the washroom in our room it was very basic, considering the thoughtful design of the lobby and the washrooms located in the lobby. As this was our third hotel and most expensive The room could have been nicer.u the basic washroom with the cream shower curtain."

"Unique hotel, lobby on 8th floor. Elevated rooms. Fantastic location if you like being right in the middle of the action in Shinjuku. Subway is pretty close (short walk), lots of restaurants (great choices, from high end to low end, tiny local hole in the wall places, great shopping. Well-appointed rooms, clean and modern. Firm beds and pillows, fine for me, but if you can only sleep on soft, cushy bed and pillows, then heads up. Supposedly can ask for a softer pillow but did not enquire. Staff are super helpful. Made check in and out super easy. Would definitely stay here again"

"We stayed here for 4 nights. It’s conveniently located in Shinjuku, a quick walk to just about everything and close to the train station. The staff is very helpful and check in/out was a breeze. They were also able to forward our luggage onto Kyoto very quickly and easily (and cheaply). We would definitely stay here again."
