"The employees were wonderful - very nice but remained professional. The hotel was clean, as was my room. The bed was super comfy. The microwave table didn't turn and the staff made a note to get it replaced. I used the one in the breakfast bar to microwave my frozen dinner I'd brought with me so not a big deal. I do suggest to replace sheets that are torn and don't stay secure to the mattress corners. If not for those things I'd give 5 stars. I would stay there again."

"I do want to say that the ladies who worked on the weekend deserve a raise. They were very helpful and very kind. The employee who was a male was very rude. You would ask him questions and would not answer you at all. Besides that i enjoyed my stay."

"I was charged an early departure fee even though we checked out at 8pm the evening before our departure date. Why did I get charged when the room was already paid for? It shouldn’t matter if you checked out the evening before, or that next morning. When walking in the door, a note was on the computer that the pool was closed. That should have been noted somewhere online that it was an issue. The carpet had snags and rips along with the furniture in the room. The key code on the outer doors...
