"Need more variety for breakfast - pastry is OK Staffs were absolutely fantastic Got into an argument on my first contact with the reception. The room allocated to me was not what I was told about. From their viewpoint it was Expedia's fault and from Expedia it was my fault (I still don't know why and I ended up paying more than $500. I was just not in the mood to discuss after a 22 hour flight. That's too bad."

"Honestly we are from Perth and have come to Bali every year for the last 20 years and we have stayed everywhere, hotels and villas, but this was the truly the best family holiday hotel we have had. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, stunning gardens, amazing staff, we cannot fault it. I really rate the poolside staff who had so much to juggle they were so good, but also the location is perfect we will come back here, highly recommend this and whilst it’s not cheap it is definitely worth it :)"

"Reviews mentioned rooms were tired. I agree but it did not affect us having a lovely holiday. Food was fantastic. Dont drink tap water, hotel provides plenty of bottles. Staff were super friendly and humble. Always with a smile. Breakfast was great but needed to queue a little each morning. Its very humid, but the room's air co was good. Nice time overall"
