I called the emergency number 3 times and no one answered or called me back. "Woke up to a huge palmetto bug on the wall next to my bed...AKA American cockroach. It was the size of a half dollar. Office made it out to be no big deal. Floor was not clean. After searching under beds and dressers looking for bugs so my kids would go to sleep, noted garbage under dressers and beds along with dirt and debris. There was hair in the shower all over. Would never stay here again!! Horrible experience!! Not clean like the pictures show. "
