"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. There was nothing about the hotel that met our expectations. The overall experience was poor, from the condition of the property and cleanliness to the service and general atmosphere. The room was not comfortable, and the hotel did not feel welcoming or well-maintained.
For the price, the experience was simply not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely choose somewhere else for my next stay."

"I booked this hotel because is located in Littau, just a 6 minutes ride in train to Luzern. The train station is walking distance from the hotel. It was a great option and cheaper than staying in downtown Luzern. I totally recommend this place. Also, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade which was great!!!"

"This hotel had unparalleled views! We loved the location and enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Even in mid-September the room was a bit warm at night with an AC unit in the (large) room. The bedding also wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall solid stay!"
