Just be aware that there is a VERY busy bus garage just meters away so you will need to sleep with your windows closed! The first night we were awoke at 5.30 with the buses all leaving! "The Sykes Cottages customer service is appalling. No number to ring and the response time to the text and WhatsApp is ridiculous. The cottage was great but Sykes were not. After booking I had a problem with amending the name on the booking and getting a receipt. I was eventually told it was not possible to make amendments but it was also not possible to do this on hotels.com. Also one of our party left an iPad and is quite rightly worried about.
