"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small but clean."

"Everything was wonderful! from the kind and thoughtful hosts/owners to the breakfast to the comfy beds to the homemade shortbread!!!!"

"Great accommodation - really comfortable room with ensuite. Shower was amazing. Good communication from hosts including parking options. Close to tram station, grocery shop, cafes and pubs. Keyless entry works well. Coffee machine in foyer is a great bonus. Highly recommend"

"Front and rear parking available, clean, reasonable room, delicious breakfast cooked to order. Operated by a friendly and helpful couple."

"Nice place for what it is but location has 2 big issues. Road noise is extremely high especially very early morning, bring ear plugs. Buses do go direct to central city but are overloaded in the mornings - commuters and lots of school kids. Some buses are so crowded they don’t even stop"
