"Breakfast is always good at this location.
The only down side is that we seem to have issues with getting into the room, so far every time I have stayed here there has been an issue with the key card not working and me having to return to front desk for a new one or having housekeeping assist me. Everything else is fine, the location is excellent, staff is wonderful and food is great!
I do recommend this location to friends and family. Kid friendly and their pool is great."

"i contacted hotels.com customer service- when i arrived at the time i indicated on my reservation- noone was at the desk , a large sjgn was posted that said " we have no rooms- we are full". There was a phone # listed for emergencies- i called it X3, my call was dropped each time. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up, then i left. I contacted hotels.com and are awaiting a refund. i was appalled by this establishment."

"We were picking up a puppy and needed to fly back to California the next day and the room was perfect for our needs. They have a little mini-mart near the front desk that was super helpful.
Room was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly.
The only negative was that the fire alarm went off and we were on the third floor—it seemed like the real deal for a minute and everyone piled into the hallway in their jammies. It scared the bejesus put of the puppy. That problem was most likely caused by a guest smoking in their room, so we didn’t hold it against the hotel."

"Looks like a trafficking spot. The 1st comforter had blood stains and cigarette burns, asked for a new one which was better but still felt sketchy. The lock on the window was broken and fridge in room smelled awful. The breakfast was made of a few items the employee must've picked up from Walmart on their way in. Coffee was terrible, bagels weren't fresh and expect to pour your juice from a minute maid carton. Will never stay here again, do not advise for women or families, or anyone for that matter."

"Room was clean upon arrival, one of the house keepers had an attitude. the breakfast was okay, not much options, the hot tub was dirty the first day once i address it to staff they cleaned it and it was better. This is place I stay when visiting family. I have stayed here like 4 to5 times. I do recommend. "
