"The hotel is a great boutique hotel. The staff at Morgans Hotel, running the property, are amongst the best I've encountered. Everyone is helpful, patient, and takes great care of guests. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of chouces. The amenities are top-notch: Molton Brown, great bathrobes. "On arrival we were greeted in a professional manner and shown the fire exit and taken to our room. We then went to have a meal in their restaurant and honestly it was awful. We had to wait and ask twice for the sauce we ordered for the steak which the steak tasted so old and not seasoned and was not edible. We did complain and was offered something else but by this time we felt so ill and could not face anything else to ear. We then went up to our room to lay down and watch tv but we couldn't as we have only a couple of channels which did not even include BB1/BB2/ITV or 5, no channels to even watch a film. We had also requested an electric fan on booking with Hotels.com and we did not have one. We then decided we wanted to go home as it was such a disaster compared to the 1st time we stayed. We will not be staying there again."
