"Did not have a very good experience as the pull out bed that my granddaughter had to sleep on had been wet on by the last Travellers .As it was after hours when we noticed the problem, we where asked to put couch cushions on floor for her to sleep on.
In the end my daughter and 2 grandchildren ended up traveling home to their own beds.
Very upset as myself and grandson spent the night by ourselves before traveling home to New Zealand the next morning."

"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. "Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."

"Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. "King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat.
Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this).
Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away. Lovely breakfast available downstairs. Parking was fantastic, esp EV charger.

"Staff are great.
The room needed a good airing out , a very damp and musky smell to the room.
There was milk all dried up on the floor near the fridge.
The bed was very bad, dont stay in room 404!
The 2 king singles were so worn out, I had a sore back and hips with in a day or 2.
I placed all the pillows on the bed and did my best to sleep."
