"Friendly helpful staff, good location"

"Tbh I didn’t use the hotel side I was only in the room over night. The room was amazing and it was only one of the lower end rooms. The only issue really was the shower tap wasn’t the best to operate and the shower head didn’t fit well due to having a new pipe which didn’t hold very well in the clip so the shower head was very lose. But apart from that it was a perfect stay. "

"Nice welcome from the front desk. Quick check-in. Convenient location (to attend football match at Wembley Stadium). The loaded chips were amazing at the restaurant! Will stay here again."

"Breakfast very good, items replenished when asked. Bar meals, small choice but very good. Unfortunately the coffee served at the bar was not, flat white cold and weak, black Americano hot but very weak & watery. However, coffee & hot chocolate from machine at breakfast was excellent! Staff friendly & reception very welcoming. Did not eat in restaurant as menu not to all of out tastes. Towels in room large & soft, bed comfy. Grounds beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating too. "
