"Clean, sure. I love to see a clean hotel.
However I truly rate my experience based on how easy staff made it to check in and the interactions with the staff who work at the hotel.
This was the worst stay ever.
Started off by arguing with front desk about how I paid my room in full back in April. Had the receipt to prove. Still ended double charged for the room with no call back from a manager.
After check in we realized there was not a remote for the tv anywhere. Requested a new one...

"I’m writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. I arrived early, around 3 p.m., to double-check if my name was listed on their booking system. The hotel’s lack of a visible sign and its skeptical demeanor made me hesitant.

"The place was dirty, dirty dirty. The check-in was late. We had to wait because the room wasn’t ready no towels. There was only one sheet on the bed. No bedspread was afraid to stay there had to go buy supplies and clean the place myself. I asked for a refund from Expedia and I haven’t received one yet."

"Ben was so accommodating in getting us extra blankets and pillows-they were warm from the dryer!!! and we were so tired from a day of cheer competition. We stay here 2x a year and the front desk clerk (Im so sorry I forgot her name) is always helpful and sweet. My only request would be hot food for breakfast-at least eggs and bacon. Hungry cheerleaders and coaches need protein!!"
