"This is my second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Nicolett Mall in Minneapolis. The front desk (Fatima) was wonderful. She helped me solve the parking issue, introduced me to Hyatt rewards at the hotel, explained the breakfast package better (which had not been explained at my prior visit) and made the experience great overall. "I didn’t like that my suite had a shower that left the bathroom floor like a swimming pool, there were markings all over the wall in the bed room, the ac/ heat was not working properly even after maintenance fixed it. It went back to not working. The motor on the electric blinds blew out they weren’t working so no privacy. The kitchen itensils need to be relaxed they have hard water stains all over them. Nice looking hotel. The breakfast was serving rancid yogurt. Everything else was ok."

"Location directly across the street from Mall of America meant no parking drama. We were in town for 3 nights to sightsee and attend a concert at target field. The suit setup with plenty of closet space and two TVs was nice. Breakfast offerings were nice with daily variation of a meat, eggs/omelette, biscuits and gravy, prepared waffles. On site washer and dryer, but they had no soap for sale. There were 2 small pools and a hot tub, but we didn't use them."
