"We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely experience here. One thing that stands out is definitely the customer service from the staff; Dora in particular was so helpful towards me and my partner. She helped us with renting a car and offered us the chance to check out later due to our flight being in the evening. The location and view from our room was beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and house keeping did an amazing job every day. Should be a 4 star hotel🙊 "

"Great hotel with fantastic staff - especially front desk and concierge who were incredibly helpful. Lots of amenities and the exec lounge was a lovely bonus (available for selected rooms), with snacks and drinks available all day. Restaurants on site were very good - especially Sole. St George’s Bay Area is touristy and not the prettiest once you’re outside of the hotel due to quite a bit of construction, but there is a sandy beach and shops/restaurants/nightlife.
