"There is a $30 dollar per car per night up charge that was not in the Expedia hotel description. That would have cost me $240 dollars more to stay for 4 nights. I chose this hotel over the Marriott because I assumed there was no parking fee. I was very disappointed to learn upon my arrival that there was a fee here as well. After a long dispute and 4 different managers I was able to have this fee removed. During check out they once again attempted to slip in the parking fee. I again had to argue with the staff to have it removed. Not what I like to do on vacation stand there and argue with the hotel staff for 30 minutes multiple times. The parking fee is just a money grab. Other then that its a nice place but I wont be staying there again."

"My sisters and I (all seniors) stayed here for a girls weekend. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt special from the moment we stepped out of our car. Valet, front desk and hospitality staff were all amazing! The food and drinks were excellent at the venues we tried: Seven Olive Gastropub, Glo Sushi (yummy!), H20 pool bar. Highly recommended!"

"The property is nice but dated. Rooms definitely are great for families but need a facelift. Towels are no longer provided at pool and you have to take what is given in the room which is an inconvenience imo. Pools were murky and packed. Lots of outside wagons and towels at pool which makes me think a lot of locals vs hotel guests. My kids love it but it’s just meh for me."

"This is our 3rd time staying here. We love everything about it....especially the lazy river and pool. Suggestions.....more covered parking. It really helps during your hot days. Add 3 more towel hooks in second bathroom and more TP under the sinks. Cleaning and maintenance staffs very helpful and friendly."
