"Everything was nice but both beds sunk in the middle and my husband and I both slipped on the slate ground getting out of hot tub and pool area-very slippery and saw someone slip and fall in the same area. "

"Our room still had other people’s stuff in it and the exterior door that was a secured entry point was broken and unable to close properly. Because of that it felt fairly unsafe. Why would they put guests near that situation. Furthermore, the door had been left open for a very long time and there was dirt and debris all over the place upon entering the hallway. "
