"This is an option you should go for only if you have no other hotels available. Booked two rooms for a night and called 10 days in advance asking for rooms to be next to each other. Hotel confirmed that to be the case. Once we arrive at the property the rooms are not together and the front desk couldn’t do anything as the hotel was fully booked (wonder how?). Tea service takes 2-3 reminders to arrive. Nothing available after 10 PM, we needed some warm milk for my 2 year old but they couldn’t...

"Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient.
