"All the staff were super friendly and helpful- can’t fault them. Travelling as a single female, I felt safe, close to all the amenities such as the shops and BTS. Luckily, someone else had also written this in their review which was the deciding factor to book this hotel. The room was big and clean- the layout made it luxurious. Gym had sufficient equipment to do my workout; pool was clean but cold( I traveled in Dec during a cold spell in Bangkok). However, the staff were so accommodating and made the access to the onsen super easy to warm up. A very good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, hot and cold Thai and international food available. For me, it was delicious and offered sufficient healthy selection. However, my friend felt it was expensive (for Thai standards)as it didn’t offer enough variety eg add sour dough bread, more yoghurt flavours, etc. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and have rebooked for my next stay.
