Khách sạn Kiental

"L'emplacement est unique mais la chambre et les utilités très vieillissants....besoin beaucoup d'amour. Un rajeunissement de chambres sera très apprécié."

"khách tôi ở rất hài lòng"

"I loved our stay, the room was great and the view from the room was fantastic. Bathroom and shower was really small but the water pressure was excellent. Very nice helpful staff. Uphill walk to the train station was tough with luggage. Glad we stayed in Spiez. Very low key without the hustle and bustle of Interlaken. Would stay here again."

"도데체 스위스관광도시 호텔의 직원이 이렇게도 할수 있나 경악함 일정에 맞추려니 기차시간에 맞춰가야되는데 호텔 sending service가 있음에도 프로트직원들이 전혀 모른체하고 택시 예약해주겠다고 하니... 식당 직원이 오히려 호텔 데스크직원보다 더 친절하고 자상했음 프론트직원들은 아마도 아마츄어 임시 직원 같았음"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The level of cleanliness was remarkably noticeable. Also the best view of the mountains and the church !! I highly recommend this place. Room 107 is the way to go!"

"This property had the most convenient location to access lake Oeschinensee with all the alpine amenities. Proper gym, lovely sauna, and the on site dining was delightful. Breakfast was a huge hit for my whole family but the seasonal pumpkin soup and salad were unmatched and by far the best thing eaten while in Switzerland. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were accommodating and clean. 10/10, would recommend."

"The staff were very helpful during our stay, especially when they provided us with a portable heater while the hotel’s heating system was unavailable or not functioning properly. We really appreciated their assistance. One piece of constructive feedback would be regarding the breakfast dress code. I believe the hotel should clearly communicate any strict dress code requirements during check-in or provide written instructions in the room, similar to the information provided for the spa. We...

"Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the lake! Hands down one of the best hotel experiences me and my wife had. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! Will definitely be back."

"Check in is at 3pm and no one was there. I waited until 3:40pm with two other couples before the manager/owner/clerk arrive to check us in. No explanation or apology of any kind was offered. The man spoke very little German or English which made it worse. He acted as though he was doing us a big favor just by being there. After we checked-in I went back to the office to ask for an extra set of towels. The man demanded to know why and looked at me like I was going to steal them. Reluctantly he...

"We enjoyed our stay at Seiler's Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect for our quick visit to Kandersteg. Wonderful breakfast buffet and ample parking available."

"The hotel was good, the view was amazing. The room size and washroom size was a bit too small compared to what was mentioned as 21m2 in the details. The way to hotel was a real pain as it was up-hill. Not recommend at all if you have luggages and planning to walk to the hotel from the nearest bus stop (600m uphill walk). Overall, the view from the balcony and staff behavior compensates to some extent. Recommend for solo travelers, not family."

"Unit is very spacious and comfortable for a large family. It has all the kitchen equipment and utensils you need to prepare a hearty meal. Sits right beside Interlaken West station, extremely convenient if you are travelling by train. Note that you can hear the train coming in and leaving the station but it's very muted. Watching the sunrise while having breakfast, truly a mesmerising experience."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice...

"Undoubtedly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed!!"
