"Wirklich eine Lodge zum Wohlfühlen"

"Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. Even the small pack lunches with half a sandwich and an apple. The staff then lied and...

"I was told that there were no reservations, so I couldn't stay. I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or Expedia's fault, but it was the worst."

"our room was always very clean, the staff was always very helpful, and courteous, very prompt with every request. We plan to return soon, we have been sharing our experience with our friends and colleagues. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Guiselle Pelno"

"Great staff excellent service no complaints. Moses was a great game driver he found all animals we wanted to see. "

Drinking water is not replenished daily (not sure if this is standard policy here); we were only provided with two bottles of water for a 3-night, 2-day stay. The reception staff were unhelpful and kept citing resort regulations for everything, so I didn't even bother asking further. On the bright side, the location is...

"Location splendida, i cottage hanno una vista stupenda sugli animali, vasta scelta di cibo, tutto buono. Possibilità di contattarli per aggiungere al soggiorno servizi di pick-up e Safari game. Esperienza bellissima"

"早朝に見るキリマンジャロは最高でした。 可愛らしい猫ちゃんが部屋に遊びに来てくれたり、近くに象が来ていることを教えてもらい、スタッフが一緒に連れて行ってくれたり、最高のホスピタリティでした。"

"This is an excellent property in the heart of amboseli national park. Staff across the board were unfailingly friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. The food served as a buffet was extremely good with a wide range of options. As an Indian vegetarian I would especially like to highlight the quality of the indian vegetarian food served. It was really well made. The kids enjoyed the pool which was well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here"
