"Unfortunately, our room has not been cleaned at all throughout our stay at the hotel which is three nights. There is a constant never ending ticking (like drops of water or something) from the outside room 137 which never ends at night. Prevents you from falling asleep."

"The Clevenden House is the perfect solution if you want to be near the university or town center, but want to be off the main street. It's quiet (except for rooms on alleyway where dumpsters are emptied in the morning, but that's brief). You don't need to go to the pub first if you get the code to the door and room number via the portal or email (all of that info is in reminder emails). You enter, go to room and key is on bed. "While the property was clean, the staff very pleasant and helpful and the food both at dinner and breakfast was excellent the introduction of a £5 parking fee for guests between strict hours of your booking which if exceeded would result in a parking fine I find to be unnecessary and stingy.
