"Upon checking in was greeted by an unfriendly team member who was not welcoming. There is no lift in this hotel so we had to take our luggage down stairs and then upstairs which was horribly inconvenient. The room was ok but with no air conditioning it was much hotter inside than it was outside. There was a fan in the room that could have been turned on for us but wasn’t. "Quiet and restful nights of sleep despite being a motorway services- you couldnt hear any traffic noise at all from the hotel. Staff were very friendly.
No breakfast pptions but part of motorway services complex, so amenities nearby for any basic needs.

"There were no disabled parking spots, only reserved ones for electric cars.
I booked an executive room (112), and was surprised to note one of the windows looked onto the bin area and recycling, that has lights on most of the night and early morning noise.
My bath had mould around the seals, and the bath plug had to be removed with a spoon, which dislodged more mould that floated in the bath.
