"Our room was brand new and very nice. But the toilet was not working, had maintenance come to repair twice. Had to use the lobby restrooms for our stay. The hotel is under construction and the lobby and elevators are a mess and only one was working. The construction trucks, woke us up at 5am."

"Expect to pay for parking daily ($10/ day), indoor pool is very tiny - not usable. The worst part is the free breakfast - they ran out of food daily and I never see the staff replenish the food at all, guests would come down to see empty hot plates, empty bread bins and empty fridge with a single yogurt or 2 bottles of milk. There is no coffee or any type of drinks after they close the breakfast. It’s clear to me that management is cost cutting at the customer’s expense - avoid this hotel!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel in downtown Montclair. the location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel restaurant was convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there. The food was fresh, well prepared and good quality. The parking was very expensive. We were able to find some street parkings."

"Very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets had a strong odor resembling burning or exhaust fumes, which made the room uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Before heading to the pool, I called the front desk and was told it was open. After getting changed and ready to swim, I found the pool entrance locked with an “Out of Order” sign taped to the door. I then had to wait approximately 20 minutes for staff to unlock it. Once inside, the pool was in poor condition. The water appeared green,...
