"This has to be the best value in the area and one of the nicest options. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Bed and pillows comfy, big TV with lots of channels, working fridge and microwave. Shower pressure was ok (OK is a high standard to meet in hotels), but most important the tub and shower was newer/clean. The Dove soap products were great. The lobby is comfy, breakfast was good, and the staff was super nice. They had fresh coffee machines in the lobby and a snack/convenience...

"This hotel was clean and spacious. We stayed three nights to go to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It was close to both places (10min). It had all the amenities shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower, small soap, lotion and make-up remover wipes, hair dryer. "Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers."

"Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay."

The staff was all absolutely amazing, everything was spotless, and their breakfast taco/burrito bar is, hands down the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. My kids also had a blast in their indoor saltwater pool. We were there every morning and every night. I couldnt recommend a hotel more!"
