The parking was easy, it was close to our room. The room had a full kitchen but there wasn’t everything you need to cook, you would need to bring your own. There were a few items. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in was a close call. We still haven’t determined what went wrong or who’s to blame?? When we arrived they had no record of are booking. I booked a month ahead. We called Expedia and could not hear her, it was breaking up. She said she would try to call the hotel phone but never called back. Thankfully the man was able to move someone else who was checking in the next night so we could have a room for our 2 nights. But since I paid already in full I did not want to pay again and the man needed payment! It was a nightmare after 6 hours in the car and my dog was with us…we were tired and hungry. At the last min the man decided to check again and look at all the bookings for that weekend. He said that Expediia got the dates wrong and booked us in for sat and Sunday night not the Friday and sat. So thankfully he was able to get his payment the next day. Everything about the check in was terrible. But our stay was nice and comfortable. Warning, if I book again anywhere I will be phoning and asking for confirmation!! It could have resulted in us not having anywhere to stay!😡
