"Most amenities are an extra charge, morning breakfast, the pool access, coffee. Our room had a large whole in the drywall and floors and bathroom were not very clean. It’s a nice location but free parking is a 10min hike up a mountain and isn’t easily accessible. There’s frequent trams into Oslo but again it’s a 10-15 steep walk up and down. There’s very few food options near the hotel if you don’t want to spend hundreds of $ on a meal."

"Hotellet virker lidt slidt, men der er rent og pænt. Beliggenhed uden for Oslo centrum, men der er busstoppested i gå afstand."

"Great location! Walking distance to major attractions! Safe and clean!"

"Worst experience ever in my life , room was like a toilet"

"Staff were excellent. Super informative on arrival, as well as kind and helpful during our stay. Room was fine, clean, great shower and comfy bed. Quite small but fine"

"Booket rom for meg og min mor. Fikk dobbeldyne. Ba om å få byttet dette til enkeltdyner og det var ingen problem. Det ble fikset på 10 minutter. Veldig fornøyd. Mangler dessverre kjøleskap på rommet og frokosten var ikke den beste. Veldig midt på treet."

"Convenient location with an amazing shawarma restaurant downstairs. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Place was clean and exactly as described. Generally exceeded or met expectations. Easy laundry."

"Ok"

"Great location and hotel for a city break. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Breakfast is amazing!"

"This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from central station for getting in to the city, and getting around. Room was a good size, bed was comfy, shower was very good. Did not partake in breakfast, it seemed a tad expensive. Lots of good restaurants and bakeries in the area too."

"Without question, this is one of the finest hotels in Oslo, offering an extraordinary blend of architectural brilliance, sophisticated design, impeccable hospitality, and exceptional dining. My room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed. I was informed that each room features its own distinctive character, adding a unique touch of elegance. Housekeeping was exceptional, with evening turndown service accompanied by delightful pastries. The Bluetooth speaker...

"The hotel's exterior is quite misleading when compared to what you find inside. The disappointment starts with the almost nonexistent lobby or reception area. It is located on the first floor, sharing the space with a bar and dining tables set up inside the former train station. The kitchen is also open to the reception area. In reality, what they call a reception is nothing more than a small podium staffed by a single attendant. The interior décor is another disappointment. You would expect...

"There wasn’t a lunch time at the stay was just breakfast and dinner"
