"Clean room. Nice hot spa"

"Nice front desk staff, clean spacious room, nice in room bath"

"Just one-night stay in connecting flight. Check-in was mostly done by the machine with a human attendant who was helpful. The best part was the breakfast, good selections. Liked the new taco bar."

"Stunning hotel with really great staff. The room was super comfortable and we were thrilled to get a view of Mount Fuji from our room! would definitely recommend this place , it is only one stop away from the airport too and the staff looked after our luggage after we checked out."

"The hotel and staff were great! A little far from the center of the city but there is a train station two blocked away which made it so convenient. And loved that it was so quiet in that neighborhood."

"The room was clean, but it could have been vacuumed a little better. It was interesting there is not a vent/fan in the bathroom, but you also have to keep the bathroom door closed when showering so the steam does not set off the fire alarm. This may be difficult for some to deal with when they take hot showers. The staff was very friendly and although the hotel is large, it is easy to navigate. Having convenience stores so close was also super helpful, especially when we had to express check out...

"Amazing property. Breakfast was amazing and everything was so fresh. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but perfectly cleaned with a nice balcony. The balcony helped to make it feel less crowded"
