"This turned out to be the perfect stay for almost a week in Tokyo. We were three travelers and it was more than adequate space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was very good too, very close to the station and maybe convenience stores. It was very nice to come back from very crowded areas in Tokyo to a very quiet Nihonbashi. The staff were EXCELLENT. Spoke great English and helped us ship luggage and buy bus passes to the airport. Everything went perfect and I would love to stay...

"Breakfast had a decent selection, even for us being gluten free. Labelling could be an improvement. The room was fine-- Tokyo rooms are small, but this wasn't too bad. Our only complaint we had was a faint sewer smell at times in our room. We never got around to reporting that, so not sure what that was. It was nice to have the cafe area to hang out in and a place to store luggage. Location was excellent, right next door to the train station, but quiet. Beautiful park and interesting museum...

"Room was fine. We had difficulty filling in the online checkin at reception on our cellphones and the staff kept persisting that we had to complete it rather than just checking us in which would have been much quicker. Seems ridiculous that you need to fill in all the same details that are completed when you book the room on expedia. We stayed in numerous hotels during our trip to Japan and we found the cell phone check in ridiculous and so time consuming considering."

"Location was perfect l,walking distance to many train stations and great food options. Only con is I wish they provided more towels to begin with "

"It is conveniently located. We walked to most places including Ueno Park, Hamarikyu Garden, Tokyo Station, JR Shin-nihonbashi Station from which you can go to Narita Airport, Tokyo Station, Yokohama, Kamakura, Yokosuka...Free breakfast service and free cocktail hours are unique. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our room is a bit too small for two people to relax but most of hotels in Tokyo are like that. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel."

"Ruime kamer, heel fijn. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant. Wel wat last van verkeersgeluiden. Uitgebreid ontbijt met de mogelijkheid om eieren en pancakes vers te laten bakken. Zeker vriendelijk personeel. Na een eerste nacht in een smal tweepersoonsbed te hebben geslapen konden we op ons verzoek wisselen naar een kamer met een iets groter bed, heel fijn. Locatie is prima."

"Well equipped, clean apart hotel in a nice area. Great location for families with lots of restaurants and a couple of parks nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for a family of 4 to retreat to after busy days in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo."

"Give yourself plenty of time with the dryers, they don't work very quickly. The location was easy to navigate the tokyo area, and there are stations nearby."

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"It takes about 10mins from Kinshi-cho station. I arrived after dark and it was a bit tricky to find the building. This apartment hotel is suitable for guests who stayed a long, one week or more. I stayed for two night and just got bentos rather than cooking. It was good as I could wash and dry my clothes (Kodak Japanese bathroom has the dryer above of the bathtub) "

"I’m a bit miffed on this hotel. Normally I get a decent stay at every APA hotel. Oddly my watch for sleep score was the highest here at 97 which is great. But asking for small things like an extra pillow they were like no. You have a pillow already, or an extra key card and again no, I think it’s a thing here to just say no to every ask. The corner room was much more spacious than I imagined compared to other APA. The room was clean and shower was functionally adequate. The bed was comfortable...
