"Bag drop and check-in were very slow. On both occasions, it was 10 mins from when we first started speaking. Both times the person dealing with me left and started dealing with somebody else.
Room was clean and had a view out over the Mersey. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Both helpful in catering for my allergies. Location is close to the main attractions. "

Rooms however major let down. Bathrooms drains smelt like rotten eggs and is something that doesn't just appear. Drains havent been cleaned for a while.
Found hair in both sink and bath.
Food at the restaurant was delicious however staff seemed very inexperienced and left waiting by staff due to large party eating at same time. All staff focused on large party and left other tables waiting. Even when ordering food...
