Olimme tehneet ja maksaneet varauksen hotels.comin kautta, mutta henkilökunta oli veloittamassa meitä uudestaan. Ihan kuin eivät tienneet koko varauksesta mitään. Varasimme 1n huoneen 3 lle aikuiselle, mutta saimme 1 huoneen kahdelle (1 parisänky). Resortin sivulle ja vatausta tehdessä luki että lisävuode saatavilla pyydettäessä, muttei heillä ollut.
