"The hot tub had rules with age restrictions but it was full of children the entire time so we never got a chance to use it, the newly opened lazy river was freezing, the staff was rude to me on the phone and when I complained about the stay on the last day, we also had a ladybug infestation in the room the entire time."
"Great stay, everything was amazing i wished house keeping was a little more thorough in cleaning and replenishing the room ie coffee, sugars etc.. there were random hairs in the shower. Other than that 10/10 would stay again.
Spa was great i had a gentleman who needed to trim his nails. I did ask for a Swedish massage when i booked but was given a deep tissue. Not complaining but i didn’t feel heard. "
"I was a little disappointed and would have liked the fire pit to be more close to the hotel. It felt a little isolated and not with the hotel . The fire pit was also a bit to high . Didn’t have chairs around the fire pit to relax . But did have picnic tables to sit at . The pool and hot tub was amazing . It’s indoor heated pool with a kiddie pool as well. Breakfast was good as well . "
