Staff is extremely nice! Facility is beautiful and the food is great. We stayed in the villa, very large and quiet. Villas are very trendy and updated. Great views, highly recommend this property. Included breakfast is buffet along with a la cart menu items.

Great vibe and food but needs refurbishment

As the first hotel of the Nikki chain, the hotel does require an extensive refurbishment to restore its former glory but the vibe, the food and the service makes up for it. If you want sunsets, it’s perfect for it!

Nice stay!

Lovely stay at Nikki beach - staff at the check in were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room was nice with a very comfortable bed. It is on the quieter side of the island which is lovely with a clean beach, which we preferred as the pool was way too hot. The food at the hotel after breakfast was quiet expensive and not as nice as the cafe across from the hotel ‘moms’

Nikki Beach Resort “Koh Samui” is the finest, most friendly, well run resort that I have ever visited. I have visited a few resorts too. The staff and management are so efficient and kind, the Western World could learn a lot from the beautiful, generous, gracious Thai people!

Amazing! Super generepus hotel with everything high end in the rooms. Location is perfect the food and the vibes too! The gym is small but super high end machines and it is open 24/7. The spa is great and the in house shop too! Nikki beach never disappoint in any country! I would def return! LOVE it!
