"Loved the layout of the property. Our villa(with plunge pool) was very close to the main pool and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. Another pool was located right on the beach near the bar/restaurant area-it was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Tim, she gave us directions, suggested places to eat and really looked after us. There wasn’t anything to dislike and we shall recommend it to others."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Nothing quite compares to having your swimming pool outside your door. The room was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Ocean currents have removed most of the sand on the hotel's small beach. If you want a beach experience, you'll have to travel south to Chaweng or Lamai beach. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Used to be an amazing nice hotel and In immaculate condition when it was run by Les Meridian. We had stayed there multiple times pre-COVID. Now it’s looking very dated, nothing to do in the hotel (they used to run little events- cooking lessons etc..). Now there’s really nothing to do there. The beach front is dirty and full of litter, plastic and dead fish. This small beach area in front of the hotel used to be cleaned regularly and this is no longer the case. "The Impiana is located right on the beach in a quiet area outside of Chewang. They provide beach/ pool towels and the breakfast buffet gets 10/10. The beach bar staff, especially Chai were fantastic. Plenty of complimentary toiletries and small bottles of water are provided. A little slice of heaven on a pretty special island."
