The room was spotless, the staff service was impeccable, and a huge selling point was the private baths (there's 5 of them) as we both have tattoos. The rooms are small and simple, but the main perks are the onsen, sauna and massage chairs! They also offer free ramen at night and free amenities on ground floor (eg razor, toothbrush, coffee, water)"
