"The staff was friendly and attentive. We frequented the bar several times and the drinks and food were excellent. The hotel is renovating the kitchen which was under our room. The work awakened us at 7:30 each morning which was startling. I wrote to the manager who wrote a nice note of apology and gave us an afternoon treat and two drink vouchers. Is it weren't for the construction noise, the stay woukd have been excellent."

"The hotel is OK. There is no door between the bedroom and shower in room 2C and the water pressure was very low. There was a big stain on the ceiling, so it looks like there was a leak recently. it gets very noisy at night (there was no a/c so we had to keep the window open. The staff were helpful and the bed was reasonably comfortable."

Allerdings kann es zu bestimmten Zeiten sehr voll werden. Ich empfehle daher die kleine Terrasse an der Seite, da war es dann recht ruhig. Am besten fand ich die Klimaanlage, die konnte ich auf dem Zimmer selbst einstellen. Parken kann man nebenan, ich fand das aber trotz Rabatt mit knapp 25 Euro pro Tag doch als recht hoch. Ich...

Disappointing was that there was no proper Conceirge service, staff was pleasant but were unaware of their surroundings and cologne area as such. air conditioning did not work and temperatures were always set at 25 degrees despite making 3 complaints on each days."

"We booked 2 suites. The room was clean and spacious, but decor very stark and minimalist. The bathroom is black and dark. The amount of lights in the room could be increased. There's a great coffee machine in the room, but no milk. No shower cap in the room or at the front desk. The hotel lobby has one very interesting sofa, which is hugely uncomfortable. All in all very chic, but lacking warmth and life."
