The place is semi-run down. The staff called us 3x day to try to get us to buy a timeshare. The older rooms were decent and clean but holiday inn caliber. Check in staff not helpful at all. I am Hilton gold and they refused all my requests. Perhaps because of the different tower. Long walks to pools ...
