"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"Carlo was amazing when we were having breakfast and dinner. He was constantly helping us out and making sure that our meal experience was excellent. Nalu at the front desk was constantly helping us with places to go and see. He was also super kind when we were checking in. Both of these guys were an excellent reason why will use the hotel in the future."

"I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we...

"Very beautiful place and it’s in the perfect walking distance to wherever you need to go or plan to do in the area!"

"Service was very good overall, however our first night experience almost made us leave because of one night shift employee. Our AC broke the first night and instead of being accommodating, he was extremely rude and said we’d have to pay extra to switch rooms. When we asked for a fan, he complained that he was the only one working and it was “hard” for him to go look for one. He was also rude when we asked about compensation for the inconvenience and even slammed our room door while walking away...
