"The property location is the best, next to the beach, have two restaurants, is in the front of International Marketplace and the front street pass the buses! About clean needed more with details, specially shower head, between tiles and the sink. The staff are very friendly and helpful! After check out (11 am), they hold our suitcases until 6 pm, that was great because our flight was at 10:20 pm. If we will visit Honolulu again we will stay in this hotel! Mahalo! 🌺"

"After upgrading our room, we actually were downgraded. We did not have an notion view. They offered to move us to another room with the exact same view, which was a slice of the ocean. We paid extra and they blamed Expedia. They did not do anything promised on Expedia and also they charged me a fortune in fees for things. I have no idea what they are. I think I might have been double billed because of the upgrade. At the end when I complained, they told me they would give me Hilton miles and...

The valet staff, front desk, concierge, housekeepers, restaurant staff, and beach activity coordinators, including the surf coach, all contributed to our wonderful experience. "With food prices at all time highs in Hawaii booking a condo room at the Hilton Grand Islander at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was a good call. We went to Costco (9:00am a must) and stocked up on meals for 5 nights out of the 8 we stayed. Fully stocked kitchen and Laundry machines in room. It really was the way to go. Not the best food options on the island. Coming from a culinary city our bar is set pretty high. Not to mention how crazy the prices are. Save your money or spend what you save on a...

"The breakfast vouchers that were included with my stay included a full breakfast every morning at the Monkeypod restaurant, which was a nice perk. The pool was very crowded with lots of kids and the elevators were often full and had to wait sometimes for one that was not already packed."
