"Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We originally booked for only part of our trip, however we extended twice during our stay due to the high quality of service. Very accomodating, kind and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent with high attention to detail. Rooms were quiet, comfortable beds. Close to - convenience stores, public transport, a short walk to ueno park, direct train to airport. We look forward to staying again on our return."

"Ambience. This place is an entire vibe. You want something low light and fits a certain feel, this is your place. Apart from that the rooms are okay. Bed is comfortable, but they don’t offer much else for their guests like other hotels would. I was a bit disappointed though because I’ve stood here 3 times. The first time the breakfast was a buffet and all you can eat. It was great, nice portions and I felt fancy. The last stay they reduced the amount of food they give for the buffet. This final stay they reduce the buffet to barely anything"

"This is an impressive property. It’s massive and it’s gorgeous. Very convenient with shops and restaurants and transit. Perfect for that concert or if you want to hang out at the mall and amusement park."

"Perfect location if you are going to an event at the Tokyo dome. Washing machine is always a plus and Refa hair dryer is excellent. Very quiet surroundings but you still have some late dinner choices after event."
