"Hotel ac didn’t work , bed spread had stains , no cold water only hot water to shower burnt my hands"

"Beautiful property on the beach with lush gardens, lovely pool and accommodation dotted around the gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can swim and snorkel straight from the beach at high tide and there is an activities base in the hotel for kayaking, snorkelling, surfing and fishing trips. Good food, fresh and reasonable priced. Breakfast is very simple but does the job. I would have liked more fruit and salad options at mealtimes but apart from that it was great. Highly...

"We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. Our little one enjoyed the swimming pool and running around with no worries and the owner so lovely we had a full on conversation about life and future opportunities in...

"We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...

"Staff amazing and beautiful!! Such a fun Resort. Lived at the pool and daughter loved the kids club. Most days we didnt have hot water in the shower, was addressed but not fixed sadly."

"AVOID THIS RESORT! Tambua Sands Beach Resort was an absolute disaster. Appalling service, incompetent staff, zero accountability and a complete waste of money! We booked through Expedia on 20 August for 25 September, reserving a Beachfront Bure with Plunge Pool and Outdoor Shower. Upon arrival, we were told OUR CONFIRMED ROOM HAD BEEN GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE! Staff blamed a software change and told us to sort it out with Expedia ourselves. After two hours on the phone, we rescheduled for 17...

"My wife amd i stayed for a week and had the best relaxing week! We have a special diet and the staff/chefs accommodated every meal, and the food tasted incredible!!!! Also all the staff you meet are extremely nice - we feel like we have made friends. We absolutely recommend staying here - it is magical!"

"Wonderful small resort with a great pool, right next to a beautiful beach and lovely, big rooms with very comfy beds. The restaurant was very good, and very reasonably priced. The highlight of Bedarra Beach Inn though is their incredible staff - from the restaurant staff, to the cleaners, the gardeners and everyone else - just the warmest, kindest people who made our trip so special. Couldn't recommend this resort more highly. Fantastic location also to other restaurants, resorts and cafes and...

"I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. There’s a generator but electrical issue, not a big deal. Lastly got a...

"Incredible location, beach front, easy access to snorkelling, wonderful staff. Rooms have aircon, clean and a simple breakfast was included ."

"Where to start, wow, from when we were dropped off, the team was amazing. They performed a traditional warrior dance with full on costumes. The ocean views, rooms, restaurants, pool side and very warming culture make this an amazing place to go, for both families with kids, and also couples wanting a romantic few days. We would HIGHLY recommend it."

"Rooms clean, some areas of the resort need updating . Love adults wing and happy hour ."

"niece resort on the Pacific (separated from the beach on y by a small local road with no traffic). Onsite restaurant is good for dinner and lunch (indian/Thai) Breakfast is okay but not great. Toast, fruits, cereal, eggs and sausages) we very much appreciated the flexible check out policies that allowed us to stay longer before catching our evening flight out of Nadi"

"We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. The manager, Mr Junior was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He helped us with tours and...

"Clean rooms and regular upkeep. Every time we left, we would come back to fresh sheets and towels. Staff were the best! So accommodating, welcoming and overall very friendly."
