"We booked the morning of our stay and when we arrived they couldn't find the booking. We were given a room while it was sorted out. The room was large and light with balcony and stunning views of the dam. A few touches like water in the fridge would have been nice. Breakfast was very disappointing. With a few tweaks The Shore House could be fabulous."

"A very comfortable room with an amazing room and a HORRIBLE breakfast. A lot of noise due to renovations which we can understand. Would have appreciated it if we were warned about it in advance, then we would not have booked here. Friendly staff. However, as breakfast is the most important meal to us we were horrified when the receptionist already at time of booking informed us that there are alternative brakfast places, as he must have known that other guests must have also complained....
