"Excellent hall space for the 24/7 use of hotel guests where you are allowed to take your own food. This is what would make us rebook if we revisited. Well located near to trams and subways with easy access to Rotterdam main central station. Major supermarket very close by and large open air food and shopping also very close."

"Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us."

"Wat een fijn "hotel". Vooral de oude elementen van het schip zijn gebleven. Je kunt er makkelijk komen met openbaar vervoer (bus 77 stopt vlak bij) én watertaxi. Ook een ruime parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Ontbijt prima. Niet uitgebreid maar voor ieders wat wils. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Erg tevreden"

Then we had to be evacuated from the hotel without any suggestions on where we should book. I had to walk down 9 floors with my heavy suitcase to find out what’s happening. And of course, it went back in function two days after so the day of my checkout, at 5PM.
