"This is a one of a kind hotel. I mean, who can say they have stayed in a castle. The rooms are really well done and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the onsite restaurant was really good. Only negative of this hotel is that they don't have either a pool or a gym. Not much to do if you want to spend some time lazing around."

"The staff were friendly and helpful but the service sometimes took far too long given the amount of people ordering - had to wait nearly 45 mins for a latte, but it was very hot so maybe the staff had to move slowly! The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard so top marks to housekeeping! The Spa was great."
