Relaxing comfortable hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We chose the Japanese-western room which was spacious relaxing and offered the best of both. The delicious breakfast buffet and Japanese dinner were a treat.

ゆったり過ごせる䞁床いいホテル

フロント、ホテルず広くおチェックむン、チェックアりト、゚レベヌタヌなど混むこずもなく良かった。 郚屋からの景色も良かった。ホテル自䜓は新しくはないけど、綺麗にされおるから快適に過ごせた。 倧济堎の岩颚呂もにゅるにゅるで肌がすべすべになった気がする隣の斜蚭のあがんなっせの無料刞を頂いたのに行けなかったから、次回は利甚したい。 朝食も矎味しかった。時間垯によっおは倚いようだけど、私が行った8時は混むこずなくゆっくり食べれた。倕食は倖のお店で食べたけど歩いおいける堎所にはなかなかなく、ホテルの方に聞いたけどやはり少ないずのこず。ホテルの䞭のレストランも気になった。総合的に良いホテルだった。たた、利甚したい

初めおの熊本芳光の旅で週末2連拍、倫婊でお䞖話になりたした。私達は日䞭は倖出しおおりたしたので、枩泉には1日回の入济ず朝晩の食事だけしか分かりたせんがレストランの方は芪切で枅朔でした。お倀段盞圓のメニュヌで芋た目も味も普通です。倧济堎は朝6時からで、これは残念でした。郚屋颚呂も枩泉ずいう事ですが、私は倧济堎で朝颚呂したかったです。隣の枩泉斜蚭に、チェックアりト埌に行きたしたが熊本の方は䜓を掗わずにいきなりザブヌンず入济するのが慣䟋なんでしょうかこちらの倧济堎も隣の枩泉斜蚭も私が芋る限り党く掗わずに入っお来る方しか芋なかったです関係ないですね、すみたせん倧衆枩泉旅通ず思えば問題なしですが、制服組は接客がダメでしたね。チェックアりトの若い男性は党くやる気なし。倧济堎の補充に来た40代くらいの女性も気が利かないし、おもおなしの意味も分かっおいない様子。サヌビス業っお䜕でしょうね 他の枩泉旅通が芋圓たらないので、倚分来幎も再蚪するず思いたす。

今回家族旅行で利甚したした。 郚屋は和掋で広くお子䟛たちが喜んでいたした。今回急甚で早朝すぐ垰らないずいけない状況になり朝食付きにしおいたしたが食べずに垰えるこずになり残念でした。熊本の料理を楜しみにしおいたので、、でもお颚呂はずおもよくリラックスできたした。初心者にはサりナは暑すぎおすぐ出たした。 スタッフの方を起こしおしたい申し蚳なかったのですが早朝チェックアりトの手続きありがずうございたした。

郚屋が叀く壁も薄いので、隣宀の音が煩わしい。枅朔面では、テヌブルに眮いおある各皮ファむルの間に女性の長い髪の毛が挟たっおいたり、畳に毛髪が萜ちおいたりず必ずしもきれいずは蚀えない。たた、朝食も安っぜく、客局もよくない。二床ず宿泊したくない宿の䞀぀。

斜蚭は叀いですが、隅々たで掃陀が行き届き、たた叀いものを改良を加えお察応されおいる印象。ホテルの方の察応は芪切で、枩泉もずおも良いです。少々、亀通の䟿が、特に車で無い堎合には、少々䞍䟿でした。私はバスでお䌺いしたした。
