Since we stayed over the new year holiday, many restaurants were closed during that period, so the staff worked hard to find a restaurant that met our preferences and helped make reservations for us at the last minute. "The location is really quite nice. It’s close to a large mall/train station. There are some interesting anime shops, and electronic stores on the street. There is an animal café a few doors over. If you walk north, you can get to Dotonbori easily. The hotel lobby itself is on a busy street. However, the actual rooms are at the back on an alley. Things are there for very quiet. You get the best of both worlds. Overall, I would stay there again without hesitation. "
