"It was fantastic that you can literally get off the Scot rail train at Morar and walk 50m to the door of the hotel! Which was especially amazing given it was pouring rain when we arrived. It was a lovely little place, friendly helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Restaurant food was fabulous, and we saw an amazing sunset through the clouds as our meal ended and the rain stopped. Excellent and memorable stay. "This lovely remote B&B was located on a scenic hilltop in Kyle of Lochalsh, which is just on the other side of the bridge to Skye. Be advised it can be difficult finding restaurants that are open for dinner at the end of September in this area. Pre-booking is advised. This establishment has a lovely large lounge and dining area that can be used to eat carried-out food and serves a full hot breakfast including eggs & sausage. Staff is friendly and accommodating. "Gorgeous hotel with laods of history including castle ruins on property. The loch walk was beautiful and peaceful and there are options for row boat rental or fishing if you are keen. Breakfast was ample and tasty however the evening meal we rated average to a little disappointing especially for the price. That being said food options in the area are limited so we will probably do the dinner again on our next stay. "
