"There was no hot water, the food tasted like it was all fried in the same oil ie. Fish, chicken, chips, staff were helpful after we said there wasn't any hot water, they told us to run it until it came through hot. It didn't. They then told us to run hot then turn it cold then run hot again this did work but delayed having any showers until the nxt day .the radiator had an annoying tick all night kept us awake until we realised to turn it off"
