"The Ryokan was located in a prime area and was very spacious for a Japanese standard. Every day, they provided bottled water and bottled ocha drinks, which were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we visit Kyoto again."

"If you are staying here it is awesome. Might be tricky getting there and getting food if not B&B but the place is amazing. My only downside was in my dietary requirements but the food that i could eat was delicious "

"100% authentic experience. Huge rooms, my had separate toilets, wash basins and bath. Exceedingly polite and helpful service. I enjoyed yhebKaiseki for 4 days but wife didn't - so you are literally a stones throw to Nishiki + loads of other place nearby. I also enjoyed the public bath, very clean and organised. The futons were so comfy that we are looking for the same to buy. Just decide if kaiseki is your thing, but other than that no hesitation to book again."
