"First it’s confusing when you arrive, no idea where to go. Next, the woman there was very nice but not too helpful. Eventually got into my room, no AC, no electricity. After 2 hours like that sweating profusely we left. Ended up getting refunded but still cost for Ubers and taxis… on the positive side, the woman there was very polite."

"When we arrived, reception was closed. A random man showed up and called the “owner or manager” who demanded we pay an additional $93 in cash. Per Expedia we expected to pay $47.99 at the hotel. "My reservation was not honoured.they could not find anyone called Alena ,,the person who sent me my welcome email in December. I paid Expedia in November and had to pay sol caribe again to get a room for the two nights.
