"The property and staff were wonderful. The card key system was lacking. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday at checkout time we were locked out of our room and had to get our cards reactivated. This also happened when we wanted to enter the pool area. It would also be nice to have the outside area open until 10. The stars and views are so beautiful but we were closed out at 9 and had to sit in our room. Breakfast was pretty good. Location great. "

"We stayed in a “suite” at this location recently. I will start with the pros about our stay: the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was seamless. There were cookies at the front desk. Common areas were all clean and maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and coffee service was always available. The room was adequately clean. Cons: our suite wasn’t much of a suite. It had a separate sleeping room/sitting room but the layout of both rooms was very narrow. In the bedroom there was a very noisy air conditioning unit inside the wall with a large vent that made it seem more like the room was designed to a mechanical room. The closet was very small. There wasn’t much space to walk around except to go around the bed. The one window in the room was covered with three layers of drapes and when opened all there was to see was two large ac units and behind them was a type of privacy screen that “separated” our room and the outdoor courtyard. The window didn’t seem to be very sound proof because we could hear anyone who was out in the courtyard, morning and night. The shower only provided a light trickle of water, no matter how many different settings we tried. The sitting area had comfortable furniture but was very worn. The whole suite seemed very worn. Even the bath towels were all frayed on the edges. No charging ports anywhere. There is definitely room for improvement and updates needed. "

"The hotel is very nice. Pool was wonderful. Entrance and Paul and "C" were wonderful. They made us feel very welcome. I was surprised that there wasn't a place to put my luggage. Had to put everything on the floor. The A/C unit was not great. Most places you can turn on the unit and have the fan on and set the a/c temp for something reasonable. But, the thing turned off completely. very quite then it would come on very loudly and get very cold. Didn't sleep well at all.. "

"The room itself was okay. The ”breakfast” was coffee, hot water for tea was unavailable one day, a few pieces of bread for toast but no butter or jam, fresh bananas half the days,no napkins half the time. Asking for things was met with a shrug and, ”sorry”. The pool was okay."

"The grounds are so well taken care of that supports a beautiful romantic setting with plenty of options to relax in the courtyard. Every amenity in the room was thought of including a claw foot bathtub and 4 poster bed"

"Amazing Service! Very well known of area if i had any questions at all as well as surrounding area of any possible harm or things going on in shopping areas! I really do appreciate the services room was very Nice well maintenance fully furnished Great services Great Breakfast Great Room!^_^"

"Room was clean but super tiny. Area is sketchy, Pool Under construction, be honest it’s still dirt. I’ll do better research next time. "
